These Terms & Conditions govern the sale of goods by HC Bullion via https://hcbullion.co.uk.
By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Products & Pricing
All prices are displayed in GBP (£).
Precious metal prices are linked to live financial markets and may fluctuate without notice.
Once an order has been placed and payment confirmed, the transaction price is locked and cannot be adjusted due to subsequent market movement.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or withdraw products at any time prior to dispatch.
3. Order Acceptance
An order is deemed accepted only once payment has been successfully processed and a confirmation email has been issued.
HC Bullion reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases including, but not limited to:
- Payment verification failure
- Suspected fraud
- Pricing or listing errors
- Stock discrepancies
If an order is cancelled by us prior to dispatch, a full refund will be issued.
4. Investment Precious Metals & Cancellation Rights
Gold and silver bullion products are subject to market price fluctuations.
Under Regulation 28(1)(b) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the right to cancel does not apply to goods whose price depends on financial market fluctuations beyond our control.
Orders for bullion products are therefore final and non-cancellable once confirmed and paid.
5. Payment
Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
We do not store card details.
Orders will not be dispatched until cleared funds are received.
6. Dispatch & Delivery
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days of cleared payment.
Delivery is made via 48-hour tracked UK delivery.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control.
7. Risk & Title
Risk passes to the customer upon confirmed delivery to the address provided at checkout.
Title to the goods passes only once full payment has been received.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details and ensuring the delivery location is secure.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Where confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
HC Bullion shall not be liable for:
- Market losses
- Delays caused by carriers
- Indirect or consequential losses
Nothing in these terms limits statutory consumer rights under UK law.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
