Due to the nature of precious metals markets, gold and silver products sold by HC Bullion are linked to live financial market prices which fluctuate beyond our control.
Under Regulation 28(1)(b) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the right to cancel does not apply to goods whose price is dependent on fluctuations in the financial markets which cannot be controlled by the trader.
For this reason, orders for gold and silver bullion products are final and non-cancellable once confirmed and paid.
We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds based on changes in market price.
Damaged, Incorrect or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Where an item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrectly supplied, we will:
- Offer a replacement (where available), or
- Provide a refund to the original payment method
Returned items must be unused and in the same condition as received.
Delivery Issues
If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us promptly so we can investigate with the carrier.
All delivery investigations must follow carrier procedures and may require written confirmation from the customer.
Refused or Undeliverable Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us due to:
- Incorrect address provided
- Failure to collect from delivery office
- Refusal of delivery
We reserve the right to deduct shipping and handling costs from any refund issued.
